The Athlete Food Meister Training Course provides 3 courses to deepen the understanding of athlete's "body" and “food” in order to develop human resources who can better understand athletes and support food and health.

Athlete Food Meister Basic Course
REGISTER

focus on basic knowledge of "dietetics for sports". The aim is to use the knowledge you have acquired for your and your family's eating habits.

Athlete Food Meister Standard Course ( Japanese text only )

We aim to be a person who can manage athletes' meals. Learn about the physical mechanisms, nutrition, and methods communicate with athletes in order to gain deeper understating of athletes.

Athlete Food Meister Advance Course ( Japanese text only )

The goal image is an athlete food meister as a "mentor" who accompanies professionals and high amateur athletes who require advanced health care. Students learn nutrition management, case studies of injury and disease prevention and treatment, how to collaborate with medical care, and acquire the support skills using coaching techniques.

Body Care Management

In order to deepen understanding of athletes, this course helps to understand the functions and structure of the body, and learn basic knowledge and techniques of body care.

Depending on the type of sport, the ability to be emphasized such as instantaneous force and endurance are different. It is necessary to understand the ability required for each event and to support meals.

Depending on the event, there are on-season and training season, and the amount of exercise and purpose of exercise differ depending on the season. It is necessary to plan how much and what kind of nutrients you should take and at what time of the year.
